I dropped my pantech ease and the screen shattered but the phone still works. Is there anyway to replace the glass?

1) Open menu
2) Navigate to Settings (the one with gear icon)
3) Navigate to Phone (the one with phone icon, fourth one)
4) Navigate to Language (first one)
5) Navigate to Screen Text (first one)
6) Select the first option.

The back cover on the Pantech Ease is difficult but not impossible to remove. This is what works for me: First turn the phone off (for 2 reasons). Most importantly the phone should be off before you remove or replace the battery, memory card or sim card. The other reason if because it is almost impossible to remove back cover without accidentally pressing any buttons and/or the touch screen (I accidentally called someone once). Next remember The Trick is All Thumbs. On my Pantech Ease it is almost impossible to open the back cover without using Both Thumbs Pressing Down while simultaneously using Both Thumbs to Slide the cover off. It also seems to work better if you hold the phone sideways so when you are pressing and sliding the cover if sliding off to one side or the other. The bright side of having a cover like this is that the cover does not easily pop off when you don't want it like other phones I have owned in the past. Hope this solution is helpful.

I also thought the Pantech Ease had a front camera but what has been call a front facing camera by some is actually a sensor that detects when you have the phone up to your ear.

The sensor is that small round hole you see under the glass just to the left of the ATT logo and the ear speaker. Try making a phone call to your voice mail. You may not have noticed that the screen goes black when you place the phone next to your ear during a call. (this helps save battery life) During the phone call take the phone away from your ear an in 1 or 2 seconds the screen will come back on with menu options for features you can use during a call.

Now test the sensor by placing your finger tip over the sensor hole. The screen will instantly go blank. Remove your finger and the screen comes back on. Put your finger on the glass to the Right side of the ATT logo and the screen will stay on because that hole on the Left side is the sensor.

Like I said before, some sources describe that sensor as a camera which is only half true. Unfortunately I was also fooled by this misinformation. I was hoping to have a front facing camera to use with Skype. I was a fool to believe their hype.

The LCD is cracked and needs to be replaced. A warranty is not going to cover it because it's clearly impact damage (though you can try). The LCD is hard to find and quite expensive.

the glass and LCD can be fix and replaced but the main-board heating up is saying that the board needs to be replaced but you should just purchase new one.
