The blue screen means there is no video signal, make sure you have your cable turner/dvd/bluray/home theatre/etc. plugged in and turned on connectors. For refference check your user manual.

Can get my dish network to come in on channel 60 which atenna should i use a -b?

Hello, this is fairly simple to solve. There are a few approaches that you can take for this issue. If this has already been resolved, great!, but if not, here are the steps. You can follow this link to change the setting for the second tv. If your tv goes up to channel 73, that is what you will want to put the setting to. http://www.dishnetwork.com/SupportSection/black-blue-tv2. Another option is to use the antenna b on the back of the tv. Or you can try to put the tv onto channel 116, 21, or 22. If you have any other issues, you can e-mail me at [email protected]. Hope this helps!!!!

Oversized picture problem

Several possibilities, if you use a set top box to get your signal like a cable box or satellite receiver they will have settings that effect picture size. It could be a high voltage problem inside the TV causing an effect called blooming, if that is it you can usually change brightness and or contrast and see the picture get smaller and larger. I don't recall that set having any customer settings that could give that symptom.

My tv is shows a blue screen. My tv does not respond to the function button's and there is a lock in the upper left hand corner of screen of JENSEN 27" tv

To remove the lock on the Jensen simpy press and hold the Display Button on the remote for at least 3 seconds whilst pointing it at the TV.

The lock will be removed and the TV will resume normal operation.

Narrow blue horizontal line across screen on intial power up

You have trouble with the vertical deflection circuitry. Probably something in the driver circuit or power supply to the driver. Maybe even a cold solder joint since it comes up after a little warmup.
