Has Sansung Pro Star DCS - phone system; Has changed offices so moved the phone system. Now For incoming phone calls, none of the extentions can recieve the calls. Has four incoming lines; no incoming calls are ringing or light up. Has looked at all the manuals and troubleshooted the best he can.

The issue was on the Telco side, which in my case was Verizon. Their telephony surge protection equipment at their outside D-Markation block broke the ring side of the phone line's.
