You can send photos to others using email or instant messaging. In an email just click the attachment button and point it to where your photo is saved.
If your photo is to large your email service may not allow you to send it. If this is the case try a free hosting service like Picasa from Google or Dropbox.
If you mean send over the internet there is several ways to do that. Most people use email to send photos. Address an email to whom you wish to send the picture to and then click on Attachment/ Attach File then browse to where you picture file is stored on your computer. Choose that file then send the email.
You can also use facebook and post it there, or a messenger like Yahoo or MSN msg, have the person you're sending it to also using the same messenger and then send them the file. Smaller pix can be sent through email or posted to facebook. Larger files are easy to send using a messenger/send file.
