Pico fuses are resistor with a very low resistance value almost like shorted when read on a multimeter.this resistors acts like a fuse they blow when a short circuit occurs.they are also called fusible resistors...a defective pico resistors are open in resistance reading.they do not have any reading..150 ohms reading is not bad ..usually fusible resistors are installed on the positive supply of every components to avoid fire when a circuit malfunction...fuses are on the the board are labeled F with corresponding amperage rating!
good luck hope this helps!
your right sir those resistor are still good since they are not open you can inquire from this link to buy a fusible resistor.or you may buy at an electronics spareparts supply store near you..

The only labeling is the RFZ50 and RFZ53. They are connected to the STK392-040 (Convergence IC) VCC and -VCC pins so I am assuming those are the right "fusible resistors". How do I know what the amperage rating is the will blow these fuses and also where can I purchase them? Also, if they are measuring 150 ohms does that mean they are still good (since they're not open)? Thanks in advance.
