What kind of camera? I have a Kodak M1033 And All I did was plug it in. Or to get the pictures/video you can get the SD card and insert it in the slots. You have options. Try them ;]

This due to a malfunction in the software your usin to to download the photos.May be because your file no. is reseted.The best way is to connect the pc to your machine.When the software pops in close it down.Manually go to my computer and access the photos from the memory card or camera which appears as a memory storage device

Try using a separate card reader to download your pictures.

Go into the add hardware wizard with the camera connected to the usb port and power on.
Go thru the procedure and it should start working...

Hi during dowloading pictures need the camera knob to display or where you can view pictures and video. connect usb the detection will view on screen and follow screen instruction.

you can't zoom when you have image stabilizer on

When you connect the camera to the pc there's a box with options for what you want to do. When I downloaded my photos and videos using the scanner and camera wizard it worked fine.

Try removing the memory card and inserting it again.
Also, does the computer detect the camera properly?
