The power light on the Ninja Blender flashes and will not turn on.

Make sure the pitcher lid is assembled properly aligning the arrow on the lid with the arrow on the handle. Press down firmly on the handle until you hear a slight click to ensure it is fully engaged. The Ninja will not run if the lid is not assembled correctly & the handle is not fully engaged.

How can i contact the manufacturer if the product is discontinued it like the blades are not making proper contact with the motor the motor is working fine

The power button is flashing red in my ninja nj600

Arrow on lid, Arrow on handle. Line them up. I just did it. I knew it was something simple but I didn't think it would be that simple.

My ninja blender is brand new and i plugged it in and it doesn't start. what do i do?

There's an arrow on the lid and an arrow on the handle and they have to line up and point towards each other. When you lock the lid down it pushes a pin inside the handle which in turn pushes a swith inside the base of the blender that tells it that everything is in place and that its safe to use. Now its ready to use

Blade won't spin

Check the blade with it off the base and make sure that it spins freely. Check the spindle on the base and see if it feels hard to turn. If the spindle turns too easy , then the connection inside the base is broken and needs replacing.
