I have a Motorola i450 & i580, both currently useless due to subsidy lock. Nextel refused to assist me due to my refusal to reopen my acct. with them. Well I was told that reopening of acct. was the only way they could bring up that info., however they still had all my other previous info., such as my old acct. pin # which I had to verify before someone would even begin to speak with me. Anyway sorry about the excessive detail, but I am becoming aggravated with this constant advertising of Free Unlock Codes, Right After You Pay. I would appreciate some assistance with getting these phones unlocked and would be grateful to not have to pay money for something that is in my mind an absolute scam to customers everywhere that are having to endure this issue on a product that after paying a hefty sum, was made to believe belonged to them, and could be utilized anyway they saw fit. We all get screwed enough through the small print of our contracts, they shouldnt be able to kick us some more through our own paid in full phones as well. where do we draw the lines?
