My sony ericsson w595 phone is hanged or i can say got crashed due to virus..what i can do?

You got it right for updating the phone software. I appreciate it. But you need another thing. You also need to upgrade the phone firmware. The Out-Dated Firmware is causing the phone not to start and hang up. Try updating using the PC Suite of the phone. It will restore the functioning of the mobile.

no it is not due to the virus because it is a minor prblm. only u hav to remove the battery for few minutes and then attach it again .. then switch on ur phone... it will work again..
