I removed CA Security Suite and got access. When I disable firewall and antivirus it is still blocked. It is necessary to remove the Suite from the computer. I suspect Windows has limited some ports but I dont know how to find the block to open it in CA secuity settings. Thanks for your reply and if you have any more ideas would love to hear them Tony

The router is _DESIGNED_ to block "unsolicited" incoming connections, e.g., computer-hackers and computer-viruses.
The router should be allowing "response" traffic, i.e., you enter 'www.google.ca' and "send", and the "solicited" response will be allowed through the router to your computer.
You have to access the setup wizard of the router, access http://192.168.1.1 username is admin and password is password. Click wireless settings and look for wireless security, you will see there the passphrase and that is your security key.
well, since you said that 192.168.1.1 was working when you first got it, you should try to reset the router (the button is on the back, press and hold it for 5 secs). that would be the easiest way to put your router back together.
Check the security settings in the router . try 192.168.0.1 in your browser and check the access/security. Alternately reset the modem using button on back next to Ariel and press for 5 secs. Your computer firewall may be a problem or there may be an address conflict with your other modem.
Inability to access certain websites is due to three main factors.
Security on the web browser is set too high
MTU not set on the router properly
Secured websites
Lowering Down the Security Settings on Internet Explorer
Step 1: Double-click Internet Explorer and click Tools. Step 2: Select Internet Options, click Security then CustomLevel. A window similar to Step 3 will appear. Step 3: Select Medium-low under the Resetto drop-down menu.
If this did not work, you may try to:
-- enable the MTU on the router.
-- forward port 443 on the router
