The Facebook address you have quoted is correct, try resetting Google Chrome:
Reset browser settings

Hopefully I can find a definite solution to this problem. I just wasted hours searching and reading through past discussions but all have the same end - NOT SOLVED.

It just happened last week. Whenever I open Google Chrome this appears:

"This webpage is not available

If you are able to access other websites than your Internet connection is fine and eventually Google will once again appear after they sort out their temporary server problem.

This.. isn't really a question, but it looks like you have a connection problem.

It sounds like your internet connection is down, can you view any other websites? Try visiting a random link from google, otherwise you may be viewing pages already stored on your computer.

Try clearing your temporary files and cookies, then close your browser and any browser windows you have open. Then, try again.

If you are in Pakistan, I am really very sorry for you that the facebook and youtube are banned/blocked these days, hopefully it'll be reopened after few weeks. You can refer to this article, http://news.ph.msn.com/top-stories/article.aspx?cp-documentid=4101229 It's only because of the recent controversy. In case you are not in Pakistan, please let me know. there might be some other solutions.
