these are not normal softwares you are talking about, its your hardware drivers. if you are upgrading to windows 7 so then your old drivers won't work. go to acer site and download the drivers for windows 7 for your specific model and make sure what windows 7 you are using 32bit or 64 bit beacuse both have different drivers.
