Resetting password & user name on Windows:b>*Start your computer
*Keep pressing "F8" as the computer starts.
*This will enter the computer in Safe Mode.
*(When the window "Advanced Boot Options" opens, choose "SafeMode" with arrow key and confirmby pressing the Enter key, then computer enters Safe Mode.
*Once you are in the Safe mode Click "Administrator" on the Windowslogin screen.
*Take note that you have set the Administrator password before, you need toinput the changed password instead of leaving "Password" field blank.
*Then click Start > Control Panel > User Accounts > Select the accountthat is locked and change the password.
**Restart computer and login into the account you just created using your newpassword.

You push the reset button on back under the batteries pannel if you dont remember the password. Then after that (or if u just want to change your password, open the dairy, push the change password button, while diary is still open type in your new desired password then simply, press the change password button again and shut the diary. You are now all set

if you have the lost the phone, you can only get the IMEI number from the box cover, as it is generally mentioned there OR on the receipt. It is imperative that when the phone is sold the IMEI number is printed on the receipt. Best thing is to keep a note of IMEI number in a safe place may be on a diary/computer.

Try using the password "oxygen" without the Quotes. That should get you in.

when the pop out says go to the manual , at that moment press L button , R button and select at the same time it worked for me .

Put a random passowrd in and keep pressing the check mark until it asks what colour. Then Try every colour you can and it should get you in if you have the correct colour. If you do not, then it should say to use the manual. Turn off the DS and try again.

Remove the battery cover and locate the teeny-tiny hole in the upper left hand corner. Using an unfolded paperclip, push into the hole, then reset your password.
