These fans are sold by Home Depot and you can download the instructions from their site. They show two versions. Here's the link for one with etched glass, and here's the one with three separate lights.

I need to replace the remote in my ceiling fan, But I can't get the thing that is covering the stem to the ceiling off anyone know how, I've tried turning and don't see a screw to drop it down. I think the ittle motor thing is in that part. Help please:0) ( Ceiling Fan Hampton AC-436)

We have a hampton bay ceiling fan model 54cvt. We cant figure out how to change the light bulb or change the direction of the blades. We dont have a manual for the fan.
This fan is also known as the Hampton Bay Covington 54 Ceiling Fan. You need to turn the globe anti clockwise until it comes out. The full instruction manual can be found here.
