HI I am using a mac and just purchased a targus remote presenter mouse. The key board assist is not identifying my keyboard. It states

Contact your provider and try to inquire whether what OS will the device run only. If the device comes with a container, try to read some instructions there on how to make it run and what particular OS it will run.
First put new batterys in the mouse and key board. if you don't have a tester use a flashlight. pen light. push the remote pickup. light will blinknext push key board button and the mouse next. then try it and see if it works.

If the Red Light is on the batteries should be good enough to function. Try

Turn the mouse over and find the small
rest/connect button on the bottom of the mouse and press it.
This should connect the mouse to the receiver and work properly.
If not, try pressing the receiver button and then press the button on
the mouse. This should be done whenever you change batteries or
glitch.

Yeah, I was kind of confused about this too. Apparently, on the base of
the mouse, there is a red reset button. Press it, while
simultaneously pressing the black reset button on the base of the USB-connected charger. The laser light should become steady after a moment,
indicating that the mouse is in sync with the laptop. If the laser is
blinking, however, then the mouse is attempting to become synced. You
may have to press the reset button multiple times. Hope this helps.
