If you have a large data set, use excel or some other program for finding the median of a large set of numbers. Otherwise, go back to the definition of median, the number in the middle if you line them up from lowest to highest in numerical order and write them out and find it. e.g. the median of 2,5,4,1, and 7 is 4 because if they are placed in numerical order (1,2,4,5,7) "4" happens to be in the middle.

SOURCE: I forgot how to do

Press [MODE][3][2]. In first column enter known x-coordinates (1 and 5), in second known y-coordinates (2 and 6). The solution you are looking for is in form Y=A+B*X where X=3. Your calculator computes A and B after you enter data. To calculate Y (which is equal to A+B*3 press [SHIFT][1][7][1][+][SHIFT][1][7][2][*][3][=]. The result should be 4.

SOURCE: Inputing factors on a casio fx-115es calculator

Unless I am failing to understand your problem, just combine like terms to get:
9x^2+2x+4 and then enter those coefficients into the quadratic solver.
That will get you the two answers -- both of them will be complex.
If you wanted to turn those two answers into factors (complex) of the original equation simply
change the signs on each and put an x in front.
Of course, the quadratic formula would also work.

How to do plot and whiskers in a casio fx-115ES calculator

This is not a graphing calculator, so you cannot perform a box and whiskers plot.
If you know how to find the Median(=Q2), the lower (Q1), and upper (Q3) quartiles, you can draw your box and whiskers plot on a piece of paper.

I need to know how to simplify and not factor on my calculator

The Casio FX-115ES does not have a Computer Algebra System (or CAS), so it is incapable of factoring polynomials.
As to simplifications, the only ones that you can get with the FX-115ES are the display of fractions in their irreducible forms.

Sorry.
