6A00 Error Code keeps coming up and the alarm light is flashing, I can't print anything how do I fix this please!!

Hi there !

6A00 is a problem with the sheet feed unit.

Here are a few suggestions to try.

1. Turn the printer off, and then back on.

2. Gently move the cartridge back and forth a bit.

2. Check for bis of paper in , around and under the cartridge

If this doesn't help, please reply to this solution with the model of Cannon printer you have.

One of two error messages comes on: (1) 5C10 or (2) 6A00, as well as the yellow alarm button and it won't print. I couldn't find anything in the path of the print head holder. PLEASE HELP! Thanks.
