The downloading software to my vivitar dvr 840xhd came broken. how can i get another program? or can i download it from the internet directly?

u cannot u have cleaned them all sorry when u format the drive it gets wiped clean all gone

Click on the "Vivitar Experience Software" link in the lower right.

The computer would require photo editing softwares installed to recognise imaged from camcorders. for example, generic image softwares also with photo format convertors performs recognistion of foreign images like with camcorders. Download the image format converters, possible the brand details of the camera is useful towards acquiring compartible generic image photo softwares.

your battery pack is probly out off,try one you no is good and try it if not that let it now,its could be a battery contact fail ...

maby try and contact vivitar directly at www.vivitar.com youshould try and e-mail them or find the number to call them. either way they should be able to get you what you need. I hope this helps. SuperRichard37
