I have had a Tissot T035627A for 6 months now, it has spent four of those 6 months at the Tissot repair center. Having just received it back from Tissot today, and the watch losing time already, I am seriously regretting my purchase.

Will now be sticking to Seiko or Citizen.

Worst purchase I have ever made.

I bought a Tissot prc 200 quartz chronograph a month ago and it suddenly stopped working. Can someone please tell me what's the problem?

Well, I go to a jewelry shop called fast fix and purchased a "forever battery " most obvious answer is that the battery is simply dead. Second, there may be debris in the clockwork, which will also kill the battery. Good thing about the forever battery method is that they will clean out the watch for free usually, which saves on them replacing the battery.

How to set moon phase on tissot pr100

for Tissot PR100 Automatic Chronograph with moonphase, minute recorder, hour recorder and seconds subdials, to set the moonphase
there is a sunken button between the chronograph start/stop and the winding crown.
Using a pointed object such as a ballpoint pen, push the sunken pusher gently until the moonphase moves one step, (if you press the pusher completely in, it will also advance the calendar hand, so only press enough to move the moonphase and no more for moonphase adjustment)

I just recieved a tissot pcr 200 as a gift and the large second hand is pointed to 12 doesnot move the small second dial is working as are the hour and minute hand

your watch is a chronograph or stop watch. the large second hand that is pointed at 12, it is the second hand of the stop watch, it moves when you press te upper right button and it stop on that button too. when it stops the lower button is the reset. i hope i had been helped you.

Tissot prs 516 will not wind. doesnt work. Could it be overwound? I ride a motorcycle. Would the vibration overwind it?

This watch is described as "quartz chronograph", so it is not a self winding watch.

Go to http://www.tissot.ch/?mod_collections/action_getsubfamilies/colid_0002/famid_0012/refid_T044_417_27_031_00 for a description of the watch.

If it has stopped working, cold the battery be dead *have you had it for more than a year)?

Tissot PRS 200 My watch is not keeping time. It is not a batery problem. I have been told that it is because the chronograph is always working. How do I shut it down ?

Your true actual time second hand is on one of your subdials. That big "second" hand is really your chronograph seconds timer. It should start and stop when you depress one of the plungers/ buttons on the side of your watch.
Again, that big hand does not need to be turning all the time (or ever if you never use your advanced stopwatch/ chronograph). The true seconds hand is very small on one of the smaller dials.
Good luck, I hope that's all it is

Tissot PRS 516

Your Tissot watch is a chronograph. The large second hand is for the stop watch only. There is another second hand by the six that is for the time. To get the large second hand to move hit the top right button, that works the stop watch. If you already knew this and your large second hand is not going around then there is something wrong with the watch either a battery or needs service.
