Water is not flowing through the flowmeters. It could be a blockage in the line or the wheel is damaged or the flowmeter head is damaged. But the blinking lights indicate a water flow problem.
basicaly all you can do is unplug machine, turn off the water and cool machine to cold. then take apart the group head working back to the boiler till you find the blockage.
The grind on the grinder might be too coarse, and the other side the flowmeter might be damaged, try reprogramming the side, if that does not work then the flowmeter needs to be replaced.
Check to see if your machine has a reset thermostat on the left side of the boiler, on new models it is located on the top, second some machines have a 2 position switch make sure it is on 2.
