I got an error 2 message after the driver installed. The Download only made it 70% and then an error, i searched and found my disc which made it 100% with an error message.
I'm running windows 7, the disc says it only works for 98, 2000, ME, and XP.
So if you're running Vista or windows 7 then you have to buy a different camera.
