Cannot hear callers

Hi,

my hunch is the ear speaker of the phone is faulty and needs to be replaced, have you tried calling using either the handsfree/ Loudspeaker or the headset if you can hear with one of these then its surely the earspeaker to be faulty

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece on your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear the party calling you or hear anything while you call.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece on your phone and you will see that you can hear whoever you are talking to on your phone.

Change the earpiece on your phone and you will see that the problem is solved. meanwhile, you can keep using the headset pending the time you will replace the earpiece.

Cannot hear anything.

Hello,

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad that is why you cannot hear anything while calling.

All you need to do is to replace the earpiece of your phone so as hear people while you call or when they call you.

Change the earpiece of your phone as advice and you will see that you will hear clearly when calling people.

Is it that they can not hear you as well if you call with your phone? Since with the head set, all communications is fine.

The problem with your phone is that the earpiece of your phone is bad and will need to be replaced.

If it is also that they cannot hear you when you use your phone to call, it means the mouthpiece of your phone is also bad and will need to be replaced, but if they can hear you with your phone, no problem.

But if it is only that you cannot hear the opponent voice that is the problem, just replace the earpiece and you can hear your opponent.

Test your phone's microphone to see if it works by using a voice activated feature on your phone (like voice search), and see if the phone picks up and understands your voice. If it works, then your phone is suffering from an obscure technical glitch. In that case, try turning your phone off, wait a few minutes, then turn your phone back on and see if the problem has subsided.

If restarting the phone does not work, or the voice activated features on your phone don't accept your voice, then your microphone is just plain broken. In that case, your best bet is to see if your warranty is still active.

I just tested the rec. function for a message and I could just barely hear me. So I guess its just dirty.
