If the battery indicator is flashing despite it is being charged, then the battery has internal problem which means, it's need replacement. Please check that the battery is not physically damaged and check the voltage. Keep it outside without charging or installing on the system for few hours and try again. Please see the detail below for the said error codes C31:23.


According to the symptom and self diagnostic system the problem is in mechanical section (tape loading section) Therefore camera just need mechanical adjustment and will work fine again. This problem aries when the insertion of the cassette is improper or forced insertion.

If it is yellow and looks like a tire it is the flat tire light, and you should check his tire pressure. if it is a yellow triangle with an arrow going around the triangle with a exclamation point in the middle this is your DSC or ASC and if it is on all the time these features are inactive and you should hit the DSC/ASC toggle switch to the right of the drivers window switch. If this symbol just flashes briefly this means the DSC/ASC is presently activating. thest are the tow that I can think of, I hope this helps.
