I seem to have the wrong sid # in my phone, one from another carrier,.. I'm looking for the unlock code so I can enter the right sid for my carrier.. I guess it would be something like this ##??????#... As you can see i'm missing the most important... Sanyo pro 700 Bell Mobility ... thanks

If your SIM card is PIN locked, the network unlock code is useless. The network unlock code allows a phone that is restricted to a single carrier to be unlocked for use in other carrier's networks.
The SIM PIN is a personal identification number that is used to unlock the SIM card in order to register it to the network. This means that the phone will not connect to the network before a SIM is unlocked. Usually (at least around here) a new SIM has a simple PIN, like 0000 or 1234, and the user can change this. I think you entered wrong blackberry storm 9530 unlock code and your phone on hardlock state. You only have one option left to fix that, bring your blackberry phone to nearest local mobile repair shop and asking them to doing cable unlock. You will not need any blackberry unlock code again after that process.

This is a security feature of SIM cards. Your SIM card has become locked after entering the wrong unlock code three times. They will need your IMEI number to get your unlock code. have your friend press *#06# on the phone and write down the number before you contact your carrier. If tey are unabel or unwilling to provide you with an unlock code there are dozens of paid unlock websites.
