The metal parts of your keypad may have corroded. Have your keypad replaced by an authorized service center. or you may try this temporary solution.. just keep on pressing and pressing the keys until it works. It may take a while to correct the problem.

Fx-300MS. how can I enter a bracket?

The keys above the 8 and the 9 should do it. The key above 8 and 9 is the left bracket and the key above the 9 and the DEL key is the right bracket.

Good luck.

The keypad 3, 6 and 9 of my sonyericcson k750i are not functioning....

If you feel confident and competent enough, try taking your phone apart and giving the internals a good clean, take the white keypad PCB out and clean both it's contacts and the contacts on the phone's mainboard, and clear out any dust. Put the phone back together and see if that's solved the problem. It could also simply be that the keypad connector has worked loose

Key Pressed : Key presses phone appears to see
:
3 : 3 then left soft key
6 : 6 then right soft key
9 : 9 then back
c : c then #
left soft key : 3 then left soft key
right soft key : 6 then right soft key

(All the other keys worked correctly)

As I didn’t know what was causing this I attempted to move all data stored on the phone to the memorystick so I could master reset and possibly reflash, although after this I returned to the homescreen to find all keys had started functioning correctly again,

Need to repressurise my worcester 28si combi boiler

most worcesters have n internal filling loop, depending on which one you have i.e CDi (left hand side, or Greenstar/ junior (high efficiency) right hand side, there ill be a void, the filling loops are black plastic with either a small grey or white knob, position your filling key pointing up, with the little noggins poiting at 3 and 9 o'clock, so it looks like your putting the key in on the wont almost. Push it up, and twist. (older worcester turn it 45 degress), newer worcester turn to the right slightly, you'll know if its in right because you cant turn it any further on the newer ones. turn the small knob anti-clockwise to let water in, unitl the reuired pressure is reached. Normally 1- 1.5bar is adequate. If you key isnt in right water will come out where the key is. So if it does it means the key isnt in right, dont panic, turn the knob off and try again. Once done, twist key back to its original position and pull out, youll probably gets a few drip out, this is normal.

Unforuntely not the most user friendly of devices if you dont know what your doing.

Good luck

Problems with the keyboard

Sticky keys can sometimes be fixed by hitting right shift key 10 times quickly (I'm not lying!!), and or the culprit key (x) the same way. Try that and if it doesn't work, reboot and type. If it continues, please try another keyboard.
