An oven in the kitchen is either 30a or 50a, 240v. there is a splice box usually in the back of the unit where the wires go. open up the palte and read the inside of the plate. if no diagram on the inside of the plate, then it is simple. 30a or 50a wire is 2 hot and a grd. the grd is green and it does not matter where the other 2 wires go, they can go on either of the 2 remaining screws or lugs. grd is always green.

There should be a diagram somewhere on the oven. Usually on the top or back or if not, inside the terminal block cover where the electrical supply wires go into the oven. Make sure its turned OFF before you remove any covers.

As far as I know almost all kitchen appliances have a wiring diagram of all electrical connections. usually found on either of the side panels(if they are removable) or inside the control panel where the temperature and the rest of the knobs are located, but if yours does not have one you will need your oven make and model number and refer to the following websites for the diagram : www.partselect.com or www.repairclinic.com.

Look for schmatic behind control panel, open oven door and remove 4 screws that hold upper face panel down, panel should slide up 1/2' or so and lift off.

Usually this turns out to be a problem with the main clock/electronic control but the only way to know for sure is to do some electrical testing with a volt/ohm meter and the wiring diagram located within the appliance. If possible use the meter and the wiring diagram to check input/output voltages looking for discrepancies between the diagram and the actual meter readings.

loks like to be a an older, micro/oven combo unit. too old to even have a tech sheet available any more,althought i can lookup the techsheet its nothing more than a wire diagram for the unit and a quick troubleshooter, no real breakdown for diagnosing hte circut board itself, hers alink to what i found good luck. there may be a copy of this within the control cavity as well
