I found references to one similar model, and it was circa 2000. Yours has many nice features, but the price of a microwave has come down since 2000. If you are looking to replace it with a newer model, I would suggest that $80 to $100 might be a bit much, but a good starting point. The one thing lacking in yours is sensor cooking, which some find desirable. Since the prices have fallen somewhat, it's actually hard to get what they're really worth, since you can buy a new one rather cheaply, compared to a few years ago.
