Make sure that webcam driver is installed in your computer. Test the webcam if it is working by using this site. Try to enable the webcam by pressing Fn + Esc key.
Please install the latest software for your camera.

Then select your currently installed webcam under category "Camera".
It seems that the webcam is not detected by the operating system. It could be cause by a defective camera or if the webcam is turned off. To enable the camera on a U450P press FN+ESC on your keyboard. Also dont forget to install the lenovo easy camera software. You can download it here

actually you just need to download the driver on lenovo website, consumersupport.lenovo.com is the website then type in your Serial number and look for your driver for your web cam
