If motor is 380 v three phase, then all three wires will be connected. Usually, three phase motors do not have capacitors. If motor turns the wrong direction, just switch any two leads. If the motor has capacitors then do more research on wiring requirements. There may be more connections inside of motor and only three exit the connector box.

What if the speed LEDs on the VR2/VSI begin to flash?

  • Determine if the battery charger is connected to the power base. When the battery charger is connected to the power base, a charger inhibit feature keeps the power chair from driving. This is indicated by the VR2/VSI speed
    LED(s) flashing.
  • Determine if the charger harness fuse has blown. A blown charger fuse can cause the charger inhibit to
    activate.
  • Determine if all controller connections are plugged into the power base properly. If the 3-pin charger
inhibit connector is not plugged in properly, then the charger inhibit feature will activate.

I have Hobart D300 mixer which operates at 220V, 3phase supply and whereas the facility has 208V, single phase supply. Is there any recommended phase converters available for this product. Thanks

Hi Bill
I may be wrong here......
But I've been around Electricity for a long time.
Have Never seen a device that does phase conversion.
A Building site or home will either have Three Phase or Single Phase Power Available
BUT...A portable (Hired) generator could be "three phase" and you could use any one of those phases individually or all three phases.

I have 3 Phase supply to my house!
But I use 230 volt Single Phase for appliances.
My Bore Pump uses a 3 Phase Motor,
(so with a voltmeter it would read about 440 vAC to the pump motor).
Some Further Info:
A GENERATOR is basically a motor used the opposite way. Rotate a motor and it Generates.
The Phases refer to the THREE Windings in the supplying generator in your suburb.
A Large Magnet passes each winding in sequence giving you the three ripples in the supply.
Our houses can choose to have 1 Phase or Three Phases from the street when you set up your electric supply.
So... to confirm, look at the wires on the supply poles to the premises. Usually three in our area (Oz)
Most people are not aware that a car Alternator is actually three phase. The Rotor is the magnet that rotates.
The only difference with an Alternator is that each "Phase" is connected to 2 Diodes (6 total) to convert the three phase to DC to charge the vehicle.
The Regulator controls the voltage to the Rotor, thereby controlling the output.
So.... An Alternator could in theory supply 3 Phase in a mobile generator. Custom Made. Constant speed would determine the frequency of 50Hz or 60Hz.
Not sure what country you are in

Hope this Helps or gives you food for thought!

Essick air compressor wiring diagram

telepathy do not work that hot as in hollywood movies...

you need to provide a model or at least if this is three phase or single phase...

single phase is easy, you have cord with three wires, earth, active and neutral.

you need to open connection box on your compressor and you will find three wires there terminating in junction box, earth connect to earth (usually green or green with yellow stripes), then you have your neutral (usually brown or black) and active (usually blue or red), connect them, do not put cover on yet, plug cable into the power point and switch on/off power. check if motor is rotating in correct direction, if fuses are not blown... if motor is rotating in wrong direction - switch power wire with neutral wire, it just meant that you wired it in reverse...

do not need diagram for that...

do not forget to give some points...

I need to wire a power washer 5 pin plug to a 4 pin 380volts

first check if the wires do cross pond, if they do then plug them and make sure that the power plug is on then check if others do supply power or if they are the main if not then plug them then, they will work. plug only 4, then mask the one left.

Aircompressor 1hp. 106-174541.how to hook up wires for motor and pressor switch

Unless the wiring has been removed, the pressure switch to motor wiring should be ok. The input AC 115 volt line connection goes directly to the pressure switch. Be sure to connect the line ground connection (green or bare wire) directly to the pressure switch box (green screw). Hope this helps!

How to connect the 3 phase power supply to a 3 phase synchronous motor with control panel

I assume you have 3 phase power where this is going? The panel has 3 legs, 2 are 110 volt and one is 208 volt, you will need a tester to find out which is which if it is not marked, the motor should have a map on it for the wires to attach to, they go the same way, two, 110 and one, 208, I hope this helps, There will be one wire for a ground or a solid wire separate from the unit.
