Actually it happens due to mem full in Sent Items with Pending Status.
Solution: --------------
Just delete one message from Sent Items.
Better if you delete all messages from your Sent Items, as you will face again this problem if again Sent Items fulls with messages having status Pending.
Try with using the fax's cleaning tools. They can be reached by going to:
Control Panel -> Printers and other Hardware -> Printers And Faxes
When there, right click on your fax and click properties. Then go to the tab Maintenance and use the cleanings tools provided there.
