2005 pontiac montana sv6 radio was fried ordered another one from ebay plug in radio nothing but alarm light blinking.and when you plug in radio gauges stop working.checked trouble codes scanner says "no codes"

Sounds like the anti-theft/alarm system was triggered.
Have you tried locking and unlocking the driver door with the key to disable the alarm ?
And you need at least 12 volts to crank the engine so the battery may need to be charged up first.
Okay, this is a fun job, the front plugs are easy, the back plugs are a littlle more challenging, I ran my van up on ramps, then slid under and you can reach the rear plugs from underneath, by reaching up beside the exhaust pipe. You have the do it by feel. Good luck
