I think this microwave with grill used to be marketed by Kenwood in the middle east markets.
The website that will be helpful for downloaded the manual is currently not working. But you can try to select the model number and see if it is available. You can also find something similar to your model as the instructions will be similar.

Hi,
Use approx. 1/2 cup of coffee to 10 cups of coffee....so for a full pot use 1-1/2 cups... then adjust to taste..

Click on the picture of your model type, then click on "additional documents" and finally click on "user manual"

The grease from the bearings is not grease. It is old, dry oil. The motor bearings are oilite bearings made of phosphor Bronze and soak up the oil like blotting paper. They will need fresh oil. The cogs and screw use grease but most of the bearings are oilite and sewing machine grade oil will renovate them.
All of the above information is from when I renovated my mums Kenwood Mixer back in 1965.

I have a note with my Kenwood cream maker - equal quantities of unsalted butter and full fat milk. Heat until almost boiling but do not boil, put through the machine slowly. It makes excellent cream and I had to use ir regularly when living in the East. I lost my instructions too! I have been onto the Kenwood website but no joy and there is no model number on the cream maker.
