I have just bought a total control 4 in 1 universal remote to use with my dvd player which doesnt seem to have a model or make just says dvd player model number dvd1047ukw woolworths plc but in the remote control setup there is no four digit code for this dvd player, help???

You most likely will not be able to find a code for it because it is an off brand (not-so-well known brand) and most universals will not have codes for that brand. if your universal remote doesnt have codes for the Mintek brand or has them and they dont work then, sorry that remote will not work for you. you will need to try and get a different one. or try and get the original remote. you can try finding the original remote at ReplacementRemotes.com by typing in the model of the Mintek DVD player. or you can try Ebay.
