1 Answer

Hi, I have an old Apacer Audio Steno AV220 mp3-player. After deleting all visible files and folders, there are still only 11MB avaiable (out of 247MB). I guess I need to formate it(?) but how do I do that? Greatfull for all help!

Your balance 247MB files must be write protected. You will have to untick the protect tab and then delete. Or else you can connect the device to your computer and right click on the AV220 icon and click on the format command. It will warn you that you will loose all data -- just ignore it and click yes.

Thank you so much! It worked :-) when I changed from my Mac (where I am still totally unable to find a format demand ) and tried it on a PC instead. I ignored the warning and got all the space back. Thank you for guiding me!
