My webcam on my dell inspiron mini netbook isnt working and cant be found in device manager

Have you tried re-installing the driver?

select device manager from their choose imaging devices or camera. right click on it choose check for drivers or update driver option. it may help you. :)

To solve this problem you should download software driver from Dell website www.dell.com and installa them into your system

* go to cotrol panel and check the settings of your webcam

* might your webcam driver crash or corrupt.

* try to re-install the webcam driver included in your laptop package...

You installed wrong driver please download correct driver from dell site and install it.

go to computer, system propertys,then go to device manager, then go to cam right click or click on then trouble shoot.

I think if you go to the start tab bottom left then programes then you should find it

also if you go into your device manager find the webcam double click it to get into the properties then uninstall the driver for it restart windows and it should reload and work ok

Hi. You may need to re-install the Operating System but your netbook doesn't have an Optical drive. Better call Dell Phone Support for help in how to recover system back to factory image.
