This is probably a chipset driver. If you have an Intel processor head over to Intel.com and download the chipset driver.

I upgrade windows xp and ihave no sound on my system, i have looked on my device manager, there was showned in yellow colour "other device - multimedia audio controller and video controller(VGA...

> other device - multimedia audio controller

This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your sound-card.

> other device video controller(VGA compatible)

This means that Windows has not found/loaded the device-drivers for your video-card.

In both cases, access: http://WindowsUpdate.Microsoft.com
and do a "custom" search for updated device-drivers.
When the search completes, click the "Optional Hardware" updates, to see if Windows Update is offering device-drivers for your hardware.

Or, access the web-site for the manufacturer of your motherboard,
and do a search, based on the model-number of the motherboard,
and based on the Operating System (XP? Vista? 7?) that you have installed,
to see if that web-site is offering device-drivers for your environment.

I am having difficulty obtaining drivers O 3000 N100 OS XP Base System Device PCI bus 5, device 6, function 2 Base System Device PCI bus 5, device 6, function 3 Base System Device...

Base System Device drivers are usually installed by what the manufacturer calls "Chipset" drivers. If you are running Windows XP, there is an Intel Chipset driver available at the Lenovo Support Page for your model. If you are running an Operating System other than Windows XP, I would go to the above page and compare the drivers listed there with what you are seeing in Device Manager. Install the ones that are missing. Hope this helps!
