Received Call - Log - Could not be deleted - Message : Invalid Selection Model: Nokia 6303i

Looks like there is a software issue. Turn the phone off and turn back on. And see whether your issue is fixed by now.

no delete for cll log

Dear Sir,

You will have to first make a selection over the call list i.e. you can select to delete the missed calls or received calls. I am sure in case you are trying to delete the entire call list, it may not be possible to do so.

Kindly try and select few calls then try and delete them at once.

I have tried to delete my call log from my phone however I get an "invalid selection" error message. The logs do not have any time and date next to the names and I am unable to delete.

Download from Nokia Ovi Store the tiny tool "Delete Single Log", this is what you want. It can delete individual call log / sms log entry.

I have nokia x3-00 it has a problem it didnt turn on if it turn on it it get on and of i dont know what is the problem.

To delete the call log of Your nokia x3-o2 is very simple, all You need to do is follow the steps below:

1. Go to the menu,
2. select the call log from the menu,
3. From the call log, You have call log, missed call, received calls, dialled numbers, and others,
4. From the list You have "clear call log", select it
5. A option will will come up asking what You want to clear, just select call log,
6. It will instantly delete all call log.

i did restore my phone's factory setting but the call log cannot be deleted when i press delete it says invalid selection, i did cleared all call list but it wont gone.. why?? how can i delete it??
