Power on, don't change the cycle dial (leave it blinking), change the spin type to 'No Spin', time should show only 1 minute. Push the cycle dial to start. It should drain.

You can turn the power on, and hit the spin speed button, and then start it. It should drain out.

If your still getting an LE error, and already have replaced the Hall sensor, it's most likely the Stator. If you know your date of purchase, this is most likely still under the 7 or 10 year warranty. Meaning LG pays for the part (over $100.00+),

I have a LG Tromm with an LE error code. I just replaced the hall sensor

With a digital volt meter you need to measure the ohms value of the hall sensor. It has 4 wires. White red blue and gray. With the meter set at 20k ohms check hall sensor at the control panel. From white to blue you should read 9.5 K ohms. Same with white to red. If u get 9.5k ohms on both readings u have a bad main board. However to me I think your pump is bad. LG washers will not spin if they don't drain.

LG WASHER WM0532HW, ERROR MESSAGE LE WATER INTAKE ERROR

Hi

Error code LE indicates that either the motor is not turning or has locked up for some reason. It can also be due to Hall sensor which monitors direction and speed of the motor. If the sensor is faulty then also this error appears. Motor lock can be caused by several things from a loose connector, to a bad motor. To make sure it's not a locked motor, try turning the drum with your hand. And, if there is any resistance while turning the drum or the drum doesn't move freely then the motor is locked and you'll need to get it replaced. If the motor seems to be fine then you would need to replace the Hall Sensor. To replace the hall sensor, take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. Hope this helps...please post back for further assistance.

LG washer WM 2277HW Wont spin LE on control panel

LG error codes:
IE: Water level (246) was not reached in 8 minutes
UE: Imbalance: Load too, small too large
OE: Drain problem took longer than 10 minutes to drain
FE: Overflow issue drain pump running to comp
PE: pressure sensor (sensor out)
dE: door error. open door. switch is out
LE (with a a slash in the
middle of L. Upside down F) Thermistor out
CE: Over amping Too much soap wrong soap
LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock
bE: Ball sensor loose connection/out of order
EE: eeprom out test mode only
PF: power failure momentary interruption of shocktricity

LG washer notes:
Problem:
An occasional LE error but always a slow or no spin.
Solution:
A Red wire going to the Hall sensor was intermittent. You can test this from the main board connector down to the connector on the hall sensor by checking continuity. There is an intermediate connector down by the motor/hall sensor so you can isolate the problem even more. Problem was in the short wire harness that connects directly to the motor and hall sensor. Could not find the open point of the wire so added a new red wire and integrated it into the harness.

LE code AGAIN! Washer serviced twice now- hall sensor and main control board already replaced. How do I get the water out so I can try the load again?

You will need to drain the water via tapping the power button, then press the spin speed button, and then hit start, the water should drain.

Sounds like it's going to be your Stator assembly, and not a Hall sensor problem.

Displays an LE error code - what does this mean and how do I fix it?

Codes for LG/Kenmore washers:
IE: Water level (246) was not reached in 8 minutes
UE: Imbalance: Load too, small too large
OE: Drain problem took longer than 10 minutes to drain
FE: Overflow issue drain pump running to comp
PE: pressure sensor (sensor out)
dE: door error. open door. switch is out
LE (with a a slash in the

CE: Over amping Too much soap wrong soap
LE: hall sensor shorted/destroyed from sudslock
bE: Ball sensor loose connection/out of order
EE: eeprom out test mode only
PF: power failure momentary interuption of shocktricity
FYI:
Nearly all brands of "HE" detergent have incorrect instructions.

The correct amount is as follows:

HE: (2) Tablespoons Per Wash load

HE 2X (double concentrated) : (1) Tablespoon

HE 3X (triple concentrated): (1) Teaspoon

This reduces/prevents:

1) Musty Odor

2) "LE" Error/Interrupted Cycle

3) L-O-N-G Cycle Times (longer than time displayed)

4) Insufficient Cleaning Results

5) Small Water Leaks from the air vent behind the washer or at the
front door gasket

6) Damaged Hall Effect Sensor (on 2007 or older LG washers)

7) Reduced Spin Speeds (laundry not spin-dried effectively)

Error code LE Front load washer about 4 years old. This is the first time we had an issue with it. My wife called me and said the water filled but that was it and the error code said LE. This was after she...

That error is a Lock Motor Error. First thing I would do is to replace the hall sensor and check for loose connections going into the hall sensor as well as the main board.

I have a LG WASHER,FRONT LOADER WM0532HW KEEPS FLASHING LE,THE DRUM WILL NOT ROTATE

LE stands for locked motor error.  The first thing you should try is simply unplugging the machine for 10 minutes.  If the problem continues the next most likely cause is the hall sensor.  To get to the hall sensor remove the back cover, then remove the wheel that is attched to the drum.  Undre that wheel if the stator (motor).  At the bottom there is a sensor that spans about three of the windings.  This is the hall sensor.  It is not very expensive.  If neither of those work you will need to replace the Stator (motor)
