Few things to try:

1. Different Outlet. Plug the console into a different outlet in your residence. If the Wii turns on, the outlet is dead. I would recommend an electrician to fix the outlet.

2. Try a different power adapter. You could purchase another power brick or get one from a friend and use the new one to try and power up the console. Also try in a different outlet (step one) to be sure

3. If none of this works, the console may have just received too much power and burnt out the power supply. Contacting Nintendo. Information below:

Wii wont power on

Wii Console Won't Turn On, and Has No Power Light
Situation:

The Wii console won't power on, and the Power LED is unlit
The console powers on, but shuts off after a few seconds/minutes
Attaching an accessory to the console turns the power off

Information:

This issue can be caused by an accessory or power surge tripping the circuit breaker on the AC Adapter.

What To Do:

Check any accessories attached directly to the console to make sure that it is licensed and undamaged. Unlicensed or damaged accessories shouldn't be used with the console.
Try using a different wall outlet, or plug a different device into the outlet to make sure the outlet is providing power.

I accidentally plugged my wii into a 220 volts.. it won't turn on.. Where is the problem? Is it in the ac adapter or in the console itself? Oh no. please help me. I'm not sure if i should buy an ac...

wow that sucks, try going to gamestop in the morning and getting either a new or refurb/used one for about $20. hopefully you just blew the ac adapter and not the wii. also check to make sure you didnt trip the breaker the wii is on (check the breaker box/s around the house).

My wii wont turn on, its plugged in and nothings happining

Mine did this and you have to unplug everything out of the back of the wii and also unplug the cord from the outlet for a few mins then plug it all back up and mine came back on it was from a power surge and it trips the circuits u have to completely unplug everything for it to reconnect the connectors.

Wont take in disc

Looks like you will have to take the wii apart to move the cogs to make it think the disc is out but you will need a triwing and a phillips screwdriver. Or you could send it to nintendo.
here is the guide anyway http://forums.lovingwii.com/nintendo-wii-hardware/425-guide-disassemble-nintendo-wii-video-pictures.html
