I have an acer zr1 iplug it in try to turn it on but it only one light flashes batt is up,in side batt is good power cord is good why wont it power up?

pressing power on button should be for 30 to 40 sec but the flashing lights means there is a hardware problem can find flashing light codes on the net you could try removing ram 1 by 1 c if that works hope this helps if not will keep an eye on this

Also, here's some tricks I would try...
1. Verify the monitor's power cord is plugged firmly into the wall outlet and the back of the monitor.
2. Verify the monitor cable is firmly connected to the computer and the monitor.
3. Verify that you have turned the monitor power switch on.
4. If the power light on the monitor is not on, test the wall outlet (plug in a light or something you know works).
5. If the power light on the monitor is not on, try a different power cord.
6. If the power light is on and yellow or orange or flashing, but nothing displays, or the display is incorrect, borrow a monitor from a friend. If that works, your monitor probably needs replaced.
7. Also, you could try your display on a friend's computer. If it doesn't work, your monitor probably needs replaced. If it works properly on your friends computer, the problem may be with your computers video output port, motherboard video chip (or video card, if you have one), or drivers.

hello, if the power button is flashing and wont power on, remove all other device that is connected, like LAN cable, mouse, etc., remove battery and power.. leave it for like a minute or two. power on the computer w/o the battery and connect power cord directly to the wall outlet. see if that will work if not bring computer to a local tech for hardware repair, and if computer is still in warranty you can call the acer for hardware warranty repair. try tacking out the batt and leave the mains plugged in, if it turns on you will need a new batt

I have an aspire one AOD250 notebook and I have had to unplug and plug the power cord to the outlet on the side and it always gets my charger light to come on, try it

You most likely have a broken DC Jack on the motherboard. Thus, the battery cannot get a charge and the power supply is not making a connection to the system board because of the broken DC Jack.

do a hard reset....remove charger>remove peripherals>remove battery> press and hold the power button for about 30secs, while batt and charger is removed> then plug in the charger only and turn ON!
