Go to the Konami website to register https://www.konami.com/register Once you have this you could try entering this when you log in. Also, you may need to open some ports on your router, these are the ports you need 28910, 29900, 29901 and 29920 as well as 80 (HTTP) and 443 (HTTPS). If you go into your router (192.168.1.1 usually) and go to VLAN there should be options to add ports there. There are also port opening guides for different routers, if you type "how to open 'model' ports" in google.

The game requires more than the cards memory and your computer memory can provide.
