My new htc 7 mozart wont register to the laptop and it wont connect with anyones bluetooth

Sounds to me like it might be your speaker that is damaged, however to rule out something more serious, try and pair your phone to a bluetooth device, if that still doesnt work, then it will be the audio bus on your phones motherboard.

Either way round this though, it will mean opening up the phone for this fix.

Search for Bluetooth devices and link with appropriate device names , unless as with the iPhone it is unable to link with other branded phones

Install the CD software first then everything will work fine. i.e the CD that came with the phone.

To backup data to a laptop, you would need to download the Zune software to your laptop. You can find a link to download this software at Zune.net. Hope this helps!

Unfortunately, your phone doesn't have File Transfer Profile (FTP) in bluetooth, you'll need to use its USB cable to transfer files between PC and phone, it's a standard micro-USB (5-pin micro-USB 2.0) cable.

The software the phone uses is Zune and this is only available for the PC

this depends on the model of other phone.
but usually you can use "print via Bluetooth" option to import a print of your contacts from a phone to other phone.
