I got an USB 8HB v165w when i bought HP Pro Book. I can't not format it, although I had try several ways (format by windows and USB Format Tool HP). Please, help me! Thank you in advance!

Choose option "Perform quick wipe (just remove partinions and MBR)"

Then use Easeus Partition Master to format and working:

Check this pen driver on different pc may be your pen driver faulty

i have hp v165w 2gb
when i tried to format it ,it gves an error of write proection

The USB driver installed by default. U need not have to install it separately. If it is not recognised then try to use it on another system, see whether it gets connected or not

Windows cannot format USB memory sticks, you need the HP USB memory format tool . Get it here.

It is more than likely but not guaranteed that your pc is looking at it as a USB disc storage drive.

HP have a free format tool for these which I've used sucessfully in the past for pen/flash drives it's available here
