put the tick on next window to disable multi lingual support
soft reset

hard reset
keep holding red button
yes to re-install

change laguage

keep red buton holding till message ask for hard reset

To change or disable a language.

Go to Start -> settings -> System

There is an icon for multilingual support. open it and check mark on the disable multilingual support option.

I believed someone had entered too much inccorect passwords so it totally locked. You probably try a Hard Reset to bring the unit back to default setting but you may loose some data in it. To perform hard reset just hold the power button and reset button with your stylus at the same time and push.
