Is there an available manual that will aid me in connecting and setting up my Coby DVD player? It seems that I need a special cord or adapter to connect the output jack (3.5mm male) to the back of my tv (cable jack).

a) your charger is bad or not making complete contact via cord with the battery in the dvd
