Either there is an error with how the files are being placed in the device, such as shortcuts, or the files you placed are not supported by the device.
There should have been instructions that came with the mp3 player, try reading up on where the files need to be placed. Make sure you didn't change any folder names (or maybe you have to create a folder before syncing.) Also, doing a quick google search, I found that it supports .mp3, .wav, and .wma files. So be sure to check if the files you sync'd are the right format. (Right click the music file, properties, Type of file: ____) I can't imagine that being the problem, as most music is already in mp3 format.
Good luck.

I was looking for answers to that same problem when I read one of the comments that stated you need to have the music all in the music folder and not in any sub folders that may have been created inside the music folder during your sync. Move them all out of the sub folders. Best and quickest I found was to cut and paste then go back and delete the empty folders. An album with 20 songs took 30 seconds to move. You can also copy and paste but it takes longer and then you need to delete the folder that is still full of songs so that also takes more time.

How do i download music to my mp3

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format. You can download mp3 music files onto your computer and then copy them to your MP3 player.
For CD disks you need to convert your CDs to mp3 music files onto yourcomputer or download them from the Internet and then copy them to your MP3player.
You can do this using Windows Media player and Rip the CDs - Media Player willcreate a MP3 music file for each music track.

When i put music onto the mp3 player on the computer it says added b ut the player says no files what do i do now?

When you Connect your player to your computer, open windows media player. There should be a tab called sync. when you press it you should see your player on the right side of the screen. If not then there should be a button there where it says configure player. When you want to put a song in , just drag it into the space provided by windows media player. Then click sync on the bottom of the player. it should sync the music.

All you have to do to access the files and listen to them, assuming they worked before is access the menu, then select browse all music, you will find your music files there, happens to me. To see your files on the play list section of the mp3 player, Open my computer > Go to your mp3 player > Select the music files > Right click and click add to play list.

Hope I helped

Help!! My gogo gear keep deleteing by music oof

Disable auto-sync in Windows Media Player to solve the problem.

Disable Auto-Sync in Windows Media Player 11 – go to Microsoft's website for pictorial demonstration

Major Symptom: The Mp3 player is adding (or deleting) songs that I don’t want onto the player

Major Solution:
Open Windows Media Player WITH the mp3 player connected
Move the mouse cursor over to the Sync tab
Click on the tiny black arrow underneath the word “Sync” to bring down a drop-down menu
Select Set Up Sync (this option will not appear if your mp3 player is not connected to the computer)
Uncheck box that says "automatically sync files to device"
Click OK to finish

Voila! You are now set up for manual sync instead of auto-sync.

Windows Media Player 11 ruins this player. Uninstall Windows Media Player 11, and roll back to Windows Media Player 10. Then use version 10 to sync songs to your device.

MP3 Player wont let me listen to music it says it has on it

If you already formatted the player itself, the songs itself may be in the wrong format. This player doesn't read iTunes files, for instance - it will look like they have transferrred, but you will not be able to play them.

After you've downloaded the music files you want from Lime wire put them in your music folder on your computer ,then you need to sync your MP3 player through windows media player. plug in your mp3 player then open windows media player, on the top right there is tab says sync. click on refresh devices and your mp3 player should show up on the right window pane in windows media player.
