Unable to see images on webcan. When I try a video call I can see the person but they cannot see me. Neither can I see myself. Lots of hearts appear

May I know what kind of software do you use to make a video call? Perhaps the error came from the software. If you really sure the error didn't come from the software, try this to see whether your webcam is still working or not. I assume you are using Microsoft Windows as your operating system and have already installed .NET Framework in your Windows. If haven't so, please install the .NET Framework first from this site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/en/details.aspx?FamilyID=0a391abd-25c1-4fc0-919f-b21f31ab88b7

1. Go to http://touchless.codeplex.com/

2. Go to Download page. Or use this link directly: http://touchless.codeplex.com/releases/view/17986#DownloadId=45363

3. Extract file touchless.zip to your computer.

4. Try to run TouchlessDemo.exe

If this program appears showing you on your webcam, that means your webcam is still working. But if it don't then most probably your webcam is broken. But I doubt it is broken because the other person that you made a video call can see you. Most probably the software you are using to make a video call is need a repair.
