How do I change my i30 clock to 24hr

Try the owners manual?

I don't know what your dash layout is but you must be able to set the clock time.

If the clock display is in the hooded centre dash panel press set for more than one second to enter clock/date menu then press set briefly to move through the settings. Try pressing H and M at the same time to change from 12 to 24 clock.

My cda-9887 does not have a bass/treble setting. Only fade/balance

In the initial stage of the set up your 9887 the stereo is set with an Equalizer (parametric or graphic), Until you use the Imprint set up module to Tune your car you wont get bass / treble controls. Also after Tuning with Imprint you will lose the EQ function, and it will only be B/T.

Speakers dont work with CD, but work with radio.

I just had this problem with my e34 bimmer, just connect the blue wire to with the red wire (apparently the 9887 shuts off the antenna when the radio is off). so in my case, bmw thought it was a good idea to wire the two together, which means you go to CD and the Deck shuts off the amp, killing the speakers.

Stations on radio will not set

A car radio needs two sources of power. A little bit of 12 volt all the time and more power when you want to hear the music. Also known as battery(all the time) and ignition (when the "power" is on). It might be a bad connection on battery power or it wasn't connected right. Battery power is needed to keep the presets and the clock setting.
