However, from your description it sounds like the machine is looking for a paper size or type not loaded or wants paper loaded in the manual feed tray. Check your driver and see which paper tray is selected and what type paper as well as checking the printer to see if the tray is set to plain paper or some other type.

you have to program the paper size anytime you change the size of paper you use in a lot of panasonic machines. This is done through the
function" feature... go intofunction... general settings...scroll down to key operator mode...the code will be "00000000" (8- 0's) and it will be in one of the first screens up
