I already asked aquestion but solution didn't work. I got a computerfrom my sister-n-law and everything is setup with a user name and I tried to delete user name and now com says............. User's $HOME/dmrc file is being ignored. This prevents the default session and language from being saved. File should be owned by user and have 644 permissions. User's $HOME directory must be owned by user and not writable by other users. When you hit ok.....This pops up.......... Could not update ICEauthority file /home//.ICEauthority hit close............then this pops up............ There is a problem with the configuration server. (/usr/lib/libgconf2-4/gconf-sanity-check-2 exited with status 256) hit close.............then a blank screen pops up with only background I am lost!!

Boot into recovery mode from GRUB menu, at the prompt, change user password again to something easy to remember.

passwd user
Then, change the ownership/permission of /home/user/.dmrc to you won't get that error/ignore message the next time you log in.

chown user:user /home/user/.dmrc
chmod 644 /home/user/.dmrc
Now reboot.

shutdown -r now

James I am guessing you do not know which nursing home your sister is in ?
If I were you I would try the nearest nursing home to where that phone number once was attached to.
This seems to be murdoch road Wangaratta
There is an aged care facility in Murdoch road on 03 57221784
Try calling them and asking them to check if your sister's phone is operational if she is residing there and give her phone number.

Privacy laws may prevent them from conforming she lives there over a phone call.

They may ask for evidence that you have power of attorney.

If you are setting up an account for the first time, the app asks for a user name and password that you can use to access the account. You enter the user name you wish to use, but if someone else already has an account using that user name, you will be told it is already in use and asked to enter a different one. Sometimes they even suggest a new one, often the same with a few numbers added to the end. Simply keep entering names until you get one that is accepted.

How do I delete user names from Knowledge Adventure Jumpstart First Grade?
I had this same problem. Tried uninstalling, deleting everything, restarting, and reinstalling, and still the names were there! I finally found this on Knowledge Adventure.

Recommendations:
· JumpStart: Most of the JumpStart programs have a keystroke combination like CTRL+D+D to delete one user at a time from the sign in screen. See the manual for more information regarding the software. Other JumpStart programs have a delete button directly on the sign in screen.

For me CTRL+D+D didn't work, but I tried CTRL+Delete, and it did. Phew!

Lie and scammer
The way to deal with this is to report it to the Police as harrassment and slander. You could even take it to court. The police know how to get things done on facebook. FB have to obey the privacy laws and stand to be also sued for allowing slanderous comments and harrassment to take place on their website.

call the customer service of Mobily and ask them to send the Internet access settings through SMS.

They'll send the setup settings and you have to just save it.

After that you can use browser to connect to internet
